This book features a variety of small children telling different parts of their body that they love them. The book provides a great way for children to learn about the names for different parts of the body, the need to be careful with the body, an introduction to the idea that some parts of our body aren't for others to see and a way to help children build a positive body image. Additionally, the book ends with children telling their bodies good night, which provides an excellent transition for a bed time story. The fun rhymes, simple pictures of children and ample number of body parts mentioned will delight children. The book provides a great way for parents and children to interact as they learn about different parts of their body, try to hug their back like the children in the book, explore their tickle zone or try to eat their toes. Overall, the book features good illustrations, excellent text, new vocabulary and a fun way for children to learn about their bodies.

Good rhymes, and a good overview of the body, has some good classroom connections for a health class.
