Excellent dramatizations, timeless stories and diverse characters.
It was an enjoyable experience and this format finally got me through reading all of Jane Austen's works.
Gotta say, Emma and Persuasion were my favorite. After, of course, Pride and Prejudice, for that one remains the GOAT.
I loved realizing how Jane Austen brought forth some of the greatest tropes in romande. P&P being the OG Enemies to lovers, of course. But there's also a lot of Friends to lovers sprinkled in these books, as well as Best friend's brother, Childhood friends to lovers and the ever beautiful Second chance romance (Persuasion was top!)
All in all, I can see why these stories keep resounding among readers of all ages and times.

She’s DONE IT! Just a cheeky 45 hours of pomp and propriety. I loved it, it’s just a shame that they’re abridged to make them full cast.

I am not a Jane Austen girl. She is too obsessed with being proper. My favorite one was Pride & Prejudice. The characters seem to be silly and didn't care about anything real.
