Written with a witty, sarcastic nature, thus book is absolutely brilliant. Theres something so interesting about historical medicine, but the author manages to find strange and curious anecdotes that make it even more compelling. Peppered with quotes from medical journals, the stories are explained with modern medical terminology so the reader can understand everything. Really enjoyed this and read it in less than 24 hours!
