“Dark Angel” is decent, as in I like it but I don’t love it. As of right now this one is my least favorite of the Night World books (I’m on my 3rd time re-reading the series and I need to re-read the other before I can actually make that decision though). Gillian’s character is okay, but way to naive and trusting (not as naive as Poppy from the “Secret Vampire”, but almost). I liked David (so far not as much as any of the other boys).

Not as good as the first, but still a great book. Part of my favorite series!

Continuing the intrigue of Night World!!! If your a fan of Vampire Diaries, you will love this! Although all the stories are different, they are all connected. The fun part is trying to figure it out. Enjoy the read!

This book was tough to get through. The beginning was exciting and eventuality for the first couple of chapters. But then the book just didn’t go anywhere. The next couple chapters were just about Gillian gaining popularity and getting noticed. And then more chapters after that. And then it got to the point where I almost put the book down and was going to consider it a DNF. -BUT- I’m glad I didn’t. The ending was almost worth the drawn out boring middle. The last 4-5 chapters were exciting again! The story picked up and things were starting to come together and questions were getting answered! Unfortunately to me, it just felt rushed and like a last ditch effort to finish the book and tie up the ends.

He leído todos sus libros en mi adolescencia (los cuales sacaba de la biblioteca) y volverlos a leer me ha traído a mi yo de 13, 14, 15 años ;-;

This was always my favorite of the Night World books and it still holds up, it’s genuinely kinda creepy and very much like a different vibe than the rest of the series. Wanted to dip my toe back into the series and now I definitely wanna reread the whole thing for the first time since like middle school.

Another nice quick read. I think the best part of this being a beloved series reread is that i cnan skip to the best bits ad action when it's a little slow... But these books being as small as they are there isn't a lot to skim
