I love Matsuri Hino's art but man this story was a mess! Not only did it barely make sense, the art was off and way too dramatic. Quick read, but easily forgettable and you won't miss much if you pass over it in general.
I randomly selected a book that was the first in a series to read for our manga discussion and it just so happened to be this title. I'm not that familiar with manga but I was able to dive right in. The story was... interesting, but got annoying quickly. Megumi Kuroishi had been living a pretty carefree life with his father, but that all changed when Suzuka Kogami came to live with him in his father. She was the daughter of the owners of the house and they had been missing for over a decade. Upon her return an ancient curse went into effect and now Megumi can't stop being Suzuka's servant. He dotes on her at all times and he can't stop. After a while though he realizes that even without the curse he would still be doting on lovely, Suzuka, he is obsessed with her. She just wants to make him see her as not just a master and maybe something more. Weird and kinda creepy. Good illustrations.
This is definitely a cute manga! I don’t have the others in the series yet, but I’m excited to read them!
This really feels like it's from the 90s (the styles...) and Megumi is over the top, but Suzuka is a good character. The plot feels a bit lost though, and emotions seem a lot stronger than they should be after one volume.

I really didn't know how to rate it, so i decided it should be somewhere in the middle.
There were some funny moments. Megumi and his dad are hilarious with their devotion to Suzuka.
I didn't like that the romance was so fast-paced and i didn't really understand some parts of it, but i still enjoyed it.
Oh, and, i suspected Sagara from the beginning. ;p
I don't know if i'm going to continue with this series.
Another super romantic live story! its definitely for the sparkly eyed loved romance type of reader.
I love the artwork on this book by the same artist as MeruPuri....very romantic! And a funny, romantic story as well!
Cute, yet the main guy can be somewhat annoying in his "manservant fits". Generally I like a series progressively better as it goes on, and that my be the case for this one as well. I like some of the other works by the author so...
