I accidentally started at Tana’s most recent book and have been working my way backwards. It’s interesting to see how she evolved as a writer—sharpening characters and stories as she goes. Even when I am disappointed at the end of a book, I still love the world she has created and the way she describes it. This one was not my favorite, but every book of hers I read gives me a new perspective and appreciation for the others. I am hopeful that in a few years I will have forgotten the endings to these bad boys and can start again and read them in order lmao luv u Tana

I was soooo sad to see this one end, I definitely didn't want to leave these characters. As always, French didn't disappoint! The tension was intensely present throughout most of the novel and I did not guess the ending; the way the mystery unraveled in the end was incredibly pleasing.

This book is what result in taking one episode of Law and Order and turning it into a season long roller coaster. It's not that I hated it, it's just that some parts dragged on so incredibly long, it was hard to enjoy all of it.

The Trespasser was just as good as the other novels in the Dublin Murder Squad series. It was a satisfying mystery filled with flawed messed up people. My only criticism is the title,man other title would have been more fitting.
