It's always difficult to rate a classic, especially one that has been adapted and transformed through so many mediums.
So, taking in consideration that my judgment was clouded by that I gave it 4 stars, but for me this was a 3 star read. The main reason is the way that the story has been told, with many different narrators that at times made me lose the interest in it, and the combination of classic narration and epistolary technique was somewhat annoying at times.
However I enjoyed the description, especially at the beginning. And... that's about all I enjoyed.

A classic, first time reading it and I enjoyed it. Some parts were kind of boring and took me a bit to get through, in other sections the suspense was killing me.
