I wanted to like this book more but I just didn’t love it. I didn’t love the timelines I didn’t love the ending being so fast and quickly wrapped up and I didn’t love the like people which probably was my biggest grievance.

I was not feeling that connected to the characters. In addition, the story lacked an overall direction that made the pace a bit slow for me. I really enjoyed the setting and atmosphere created.

Cute story, wildly unrealistic but a feel-good book nonetheless, with all ends tied up neatly at the end. I would have given it a 4 except that the author failed to create sympathy/connection for Clementine, who was one of the main characters, nor could I understand why Rafa fell for her.

This was an excellent book. As usual with this style of book the basic conclusion is fairly obvious but how it got there was a very enjoyable read.
