Wonderful novella! Witemeyer does a great job with the characters' emotional developments. With novellas it's often times hit or miss with how well the story develops in a short period of time.

Thankfully the characters had been previously smouldering for each other, which aided in the believability of the depth of their feelings.

Loved this!

Excellent novella!

I love Karen Witemeyer's writing! Her characters are amazing and the stories are filled with such fun, while also being just the right amount of serious. I loved Etta and Daniel in this one, they were so adorable!

Short and sweet with characters from A Worthy Pursuit.

Short and sweet. Personally I would have preferred the romance to be toned down a tad, but I didn't mind too bad considering this is much shorter than her other stories.

This novella only has one downside: it’s way too short!

This is everything fans of Karen Witemeyer have come to love - but a little shorter.

Dan and Marietta are adorable. Dan is bound to his word and works hard to keep it, which causes Marietta to think he doesnt even know she is around.

I am way behind in Karen Witemeyer books and probably read out of order. I hope to see them again as secondary characters in another title.
