This book is long and will take time to go through. It's just incredible how many topics are covered in this autobiography. Equally amazing is the language used, which of course is English but the vocabulary is extensive as well as impressive.

The author paints a very detailed landscape of his family, the land, religion, education, spirituality and the effects together with the impact it had on his life. This is his interpretation of the life he lived and its surroundings.

It may not appeal to everyone and it is not a typical Indian book. It is different.
