Loved the book, loved the story line, but I didn't feel like we got to know Ray at all throughout the story. Clearly he has a lot going and it would have been nice to get his point of view. I felt like the relationship between him and Sia was all about the sex though. They never REALLY talked and had a conversation without it ending in sex.

I'm conflicted about this book but I decided 4-Stars is the way to go.

I loved getting Sia and Ray's story and it had everything I love in a romance. Steamy sex, tattoos, MMA/UFC fighting, deep issues, and an alpha-male. However, at times I felt the dialogue was a bit forced and unnatural, as well as the heroine's attitudes and actions.

That didn't overshadow the novel for me, but I definitely noticed so I had to take a star down for that.

Otherwise, a great addition to the Redemption series!

From the sidelines Sia O'Donnell has managed to quietly admire her longtime crush, The Predator. She knows it is dangerous to be at the underground MMA matches, but it gives her a raw inspiration for her tattoos she designs. Believing Ray, The Predator, has never noticed her she is surprised when he talks to her after a match.

The chemistry is instant, but both Sia and Ray have shadows that are keeping them both on a thin line as they explore what they mean to one another. Will they be able to push past the lingering issues, or is it just a matter of time before it pulls them apart.

Loved Ray, he is intense, raw, and charismatic. Sia is an intriguing character she is not what you expect and as the story unfolds you see the layers to her character revealed. Great story looking forward to more from Sarah Castille.

Good read! Love these books and the way the stories intertwine.

Predator is a detective and maybe something else. Sia is the tattoo artist that wants his heart. Can they make it? Sarah Castille opens a lot of doors with Full Contact.

How did I not know about this series until just now? I've really been missing out and now I have to go back and read the first two books in this series!! I saw another reviewer post that "The Club Redemption boys are all growly, alpha, MMA fighters" (Head Whore Miranduh) and I simply couldn't come up with a better description for Ray "The Predator" in this book.
I pretty much fell for him from the very first time he made an appearance. He had this really alpha, neanderthal way about him, especially when he spoke. His tone came across sort of clipped and aggressive but the words that came out when it counted the most were what made him particularly sexy. He's hot, he's athletic, he's smart and he can command a room with just a single word. Even just shouting "hand" or "voice" he always got his point across. He was unbelievably sexy and I was sad to read the last page of this book because I wanted more of him and Sia.
The writing was perfection and sucked me in so hard that I couldn't stop reading. I read this book in one sitting.
If you love a good MMA romance, you need to pick this book up ASAP!!

I really enjoyed the relationship between Sia and Ray. Sia sports tattoos and piercings, wears the rebel uniform of a tattoo artist and exudes confidence. Yet all of her window dressings are just a means to disguise an affront and pain that she has yet to fully get over. After giving up her love of painting Sia has turned to tattooing as a means of expressing herself artistically as well setting herself apart from "normal" women. Sia has been enamored of Ray "The Predator", a well respected and tough as nails MMA fighter but has been hesitant to show him her interest. Sia has been off limits for all of the fighters because of her brother however when Ray finally gives her a bit of the attention that she has been longing for Sia seizes her opportunity to be with Ray. Ray pushes her to reclaim what she thought was put away forever. Ray is also strong enough to be there for Sia and encourage her to reach for more than what she thought was possible. Ray, of course, has his own demons to battle but through pushing Sia he starts to face his own issues as well.

FULL CONTACT has a good balance of drama, sexiness, tension, and a bit of action. A real page turner of a read FULL CONTACT kept me entertained from beginning to end. I look forward to reading more books in the REDEMPTION series.

As a Survivor, I can totally relate to Sia's struggle. In the end she got the justice she and all the previous women deserved. I loved her strength and wisdom. Love this whole darn series!
