I knew this was going to be a 5 star read from the jump. I loved it so much!!! My beautiful bisexual babies with the world on their shoulders!!! They’re enemies, they’re lovers, they’re fake dating, they’re comforting each other and figuring out the world together! I ate it all up. I thought the tough topics were handled with care and I fell in love with these boys and their stories.

this book is insanely beautiful, at first i was unsure - i picked it up because i love fake dating and rivals to lovers, but i had worries that this book was just going to be tropes. i was so wrong!!
the characters are so complicated and flawed, but they’re also genuine and thoughtful people - jonah and dylan’s backstories had me crying on multiple occasions. the way dylan’s family trauma was resolved was very satisfying, and jonah’s happy ending and finally admitting he needs help and accepting his aunt’s love had me screaming with joy
