Redundancy was quite tiring. It pickt up again towards the end but it all felt so predictable.

Okay so this was SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST BOOK!!! I have to admit, some of the parts in the middle of the book were a little jarring, but the overall plot was great. I love Kai and Paedyns relationship, their moments were so adorable
including the poppy chapters and the pool chapter
I still can’t believe
Kitt asked  Paedyn to marry him????
it’s most likely some sort of psychological punishment.

Very excited to read the final book, hopefully it will receive an even higher rating!!!

mmkay nowhere near as good as the first book and maybe i was right that YA isn’t really for me. it was fine overall but not much happened, just a lot of push and pull and back and forth on their way to Kitt. i started to get really tired of their “banter” after a while and skimmed over a lot of the conversation which is usually the opposite of how I read.

I... I... What is it in these books that make me soooo hungover after I finish them?? Holy moly. I liked the storyline and I'm glad I got to have more experiences to share with the character, even though I thought there was this feeling of repetition in some aspects. It felt like this book had a slower pace than the first book, however I know it was a growing process for all the characters involved and the development we see in both our female and male main characters warmed my heart. I can't say I was expecting the end because I thought of multiple different scenarios and THAT was not one of them. I don't have a clue where all this is going neither how will Kai and Pae end up together, but one has to trust the process. Hope for the best, expect the worst! And here I will be waiting for the final book to come out next year. Love you Kai, hold on strong baby!!
