I’m so confused re how I feel about this read. I hated it for the first 3/4 because I had absolutely no clue what was going on but something compelled me to keep reading and thankfully the plot started to finally form in the last 20-30 pages of the book. I wish the series was put together as one long (500-700) page book rather than broken up because the ending feels so incomplete and couldn’t be read as a standalone without feeling like you’re being swindled an actual story. I’m continuing on with the series because somehow I’ve developed a care for the characters and want to know where they end up but I still don’t know how I feel about this book overall.

This book made me want to throw my kindle out the window. If you love 00s tumblr then maybe this book is for you, but for me I couldn’t get past the ridiculous premise and found the characters two-dimensional and unlikeable whilst the writing made me both cringe and feel deeply uncomfortable.

I honestly enjoyed it! it was interesting. There were so many characters tho that i get so confused but I’ll probably get used to it soon. The last part of this book was really interesting.

I like andrew idk why.

I really like neil. Reading what happened to him was really sad . I’m glad he’s trusting the foxes. I really hope he finds a family in them ❤️
