This is a cozy, cute autumn read. This absolutely gives Gilmore girls vibes. Maple falls reminds me of Stars hollow with a close knit community that feels like a family. The family takes in and care for animals and treats their guest like an addition to their household. The story does touch on the characters grief and finding comfort in each other.
The story has dual-pov to give a real sense of the yearning and tension between the FMC and MMC. The story has some swoony movie moments that are romance clichés, but doesn’t feel cheesy.
The FMC and MMC are fighting between what their heart wants and what their brain is telling them.
Story does have some open door spice, but is not the main point. I would say it’s on the lighter end of the spice level.
The internal yearning of the main characters does feel repetitive at times. There is a miscommunication trope in the story. I won’t say much more, as to not spoil anything. The book markets the mystery as a major point, but it does feel like it gets put on the back burner and left to the end. Honestly though I think what the author did with resolution/answer to the mystery was a nice addition to the story.
This is a book about finding your home, fighting for what and who you love.
I did really enjoy this read, but I haven’t read any romance in some time.

The Cinnamon Spice Inn is autumn in a book—warm, cozy, and just the right amount of spicy. Harper Graham’s small-town romance made me want to move to Maple Falls, bake cinnamon rolls, and watch the leaves fall with a certain hazel-eyed contractor. The authors descriptions painted every scene so vividly, it felt like stepping into a Hallmark movie with a bit more heat! Perfect for anyone craving a cozy, feel-good escape. Guys I literally made my husband pumpkin muffins while reading this book. I’m not kidding it is THEE PERFECT fall book so don’t miss out

What a fun, cosy romance, perfect for autumn!
I loved how both our main characters were down soooo bad for each other, with a complicated past and years of built-up yearning. The tension was intense and so addictive to read.
The main standout for me, however, was actually Maple Falls itself and all the descriptions of autumnal treats. The author created a wonderful festive atmosphere and a realistic small community that I adored exploring. Not to mention how much this book had me craving a hot cinnamon roll!
If you want to get into the fall spirit and are craving a cute but spicy romance, this is the book for you.

For lovers of The Pumpkin Spice Cafe series and Hallmark rom-coms. This book follows Madison as she is summoned home by an anonymous letter informing her that her father needs help to keep the family inn afloat. She faces her childhood sweetheart, Zach, for the first time since she left him and the small town of Maple Falls for the excitement of New York City.
I really enjoyed the cozy feel of this book. Read it when you're ready to get into an autumn mindset. All the characters are lovely - there really isn't a villain. This book was also only lightly spicy, like Buffalo sauce, I would say. Inoffensive, but definitely there.
I liked the mystery and will continue on with this series when it's released. I felt more attached to the town and overall vibe than to the main characters, especially when the book-long conflicts were resolved in about one sentence each.

This was exactly how a cosy autumnal small town romance should be done. It has second chance romance, city girl home to help save her families inn, first love looking so good in his flannel and hes the local workman, medaling older women and a town which is more like a family.
The characters were well written and weren't just wishy washy like you sometimes see in these more cosy books, the spice level was perfect for a small town romance and the series is one I cant wait to continue.
Thank you NetGalley & Bookouture for approving this ARC.

⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Cinnamon Spiced Inn delivers exactly what it promises—a cozy, small-town romance wrapped in an autumnal atmosphere. The setting is charming, and the story has a gentle, easy-to-read quality that would pair perfectly with a blanket and hot chocolate by the fire.
That said, I found the plot stayed fairly surface-level, and I struggled to connect deeply with the characters. The persistent lack of communication between the leads was more frustrating than endearing, which made it harder to root for their relationship.
Overall, it’s a sweet, seasonal read for when you want something light and comforting, but it might not leave a lasting impression.
