Kick at the Darkness by Suleikha Snyder is a sexy apocalypse novel packed full of romance and thrills.
For such a short book, it packs a big punch! An almost forbidden yet destined to be romance in a post-pandemic-esque world filled with zombies? Well, it's an intriguing thought (a horrifying thought), yet Suleikha makes it hopeful and somehow romantic (and sexy!). I'll give this incredible author all of the props, because I was hooked and even managed to read this book twice.
If you want a thrilling short story that packs on the hot and heavy heat with some sexy scenes, this novella is perfect. I highly recommend it and I 100% enjoyed it. It's a must read in my books.
