This was a lovely cosy mystery listen!

I really enjoyed the general plot, the mystery, the setting and the townspeople in the book. The food Phoebe talks about sound amazing and I love that we get to find out the actual recipes for each - such a cute addition.

I did find the book probably tried to include too much. Between the murder mystery, the romance plot and the witchy self discovery it felt like a lot was touched on but then wasn’t explored. As much as I enjoyed the witchy vibes, I think they needed to be explored more or cut from the story - we just didn’t get the depth from this part of the storyline that I think was needed especially since it became so essential later in the book.
