I am liking this series and want to continue. I think this book had a bit of a slower start but it picked up the pace pretty quick. I am very invested in these characters and I can feel the tension rising. This book left off on a big cliff hanger! If you’re new to fantasy and want to start with something easy to follow but still magical and lovable, yet also dark, then this is the book for you
