It has been over a decade since I last read Harry Potter. The start of the series definitely holds up and entertained me from start to finish. There were a few weak spots as I felt the stakes were very much aimed at children - which is fine, it just didn't fully resonate with me as an adult - but the heart of the story made me smile again. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Harry and his friends at the magical school of Hogwarts.
