Deep breath in . . . WOMEN

and children and the old and those without power. I loved this book it’s probably my favorite of this series and the afterwords written by Le Guin made me sob.

This isn't a regular fantasy novel and if you go into it expecting that, you'll be disappointed. Tehanu is slower, more thoughtful, more observant, and more subtle than any of the previous books in the series. It takes traditional fantasy and turns it on its ear, doing things even current day fantasy novels don't do. Really interesting.
