At first I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy this book but I’m happy I kept reading. The unexpected twist and eventual resolution made me a fan of Kelis Rowe. I look forward to reading more of her work in the future.

A little predictable but still a good story. I liked how the author included found poetry.

A first love story marred by grief and growth in Finding Jupiter.

Let me first say that I loved the delivery! The flow and word choice made the story hard to put down. It made for an easy and quick read!

The characters were interesting and had great dialogue. Again, it just flowed very well. The ending was quite predictable, but was still enjoyable.

As a debut novel, this is pretty fantastic. I'm excited to see more from this author.

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

This book was a delight! The themes of love and trust were so deftly handled by Kelis Rowe. I was rooting so hard for this love story, while wondering how on earth Orion and Ray were going to get through the dark history neither of them knew about which ultimately connected them before they even knew each other. What a joy!

4.5⭐️ from me!

I got a proof copy and it does not have any official book cover yet, therefore the cover is a quote picked somewhere from this book. As you can see, that quote actually makes me want to read it so badly. I totally have high expectation for it and I don’t regret picking this book up at all. This is one of the best YA book I’ve ever read!

I love how this book is not just a regular love story but it also talks about finding your true self. What makes it stands out more is that this book contains Black love story as mentioned behind the book itself. I really look forward to read this kind of book as its quite rare for me. Next, I love how the characters are well developed. I truly adore how Orion don’t giveup on Ray easily. He’s so sweet towards Ray. The fact that he falls in love with Ray on the first sight was so interesting

This is a beautiful story and it's ending was perfect. It leaves our mind open to all the possibilities that occur.

I really enjoy watching the characters growth throughout the narrative. It was so fresh and believable.

I liked the love story and the slow burn romance throughout.
Great Debut!

I thought I would be a cute black romance but I wasn't really that.

I didn't like how the characters were old souls when they literally 17 , know old songs from I don't know when.
I would have loved more modern aspect by the characters because even I am almost their age and didn't know a lot from things they were mentioning

A well crafted love story of life's messiness.
