I found this book by chance because I needed something to read and didn't want to decide. It's now one of my top 10, and I would gladly read it again. The timeline in the beginning is a bit confusing mixed with flashbacks, but it catches up to the present quickly and is no longer an issue. I found the story structure to be interesting because it skipped many of the boring or cliche parts of a typical fantasy adventure.

Moderate: Domestic abuse and Pregnancy
Minor: Murder, Miscarriage, and Animal cruelty
I think there should also be a content warning about mild to moderate descriptions of childbirth.
