Easy to pick up and put down (mostly because of the two timelines and her love of mini cliff hangers), but I enjoyed this book. Not just for the crash (which makes up a small part of the book) but for what came after. I’m glad they were able to create a nature reserve, and her time researching bats was pretty interesting.

I’m glad she shared her story (but am also horrified at the way she was treated by the press!)
