I liked the banter between the main couple but the plot twist was kinda obvious and there was a lot of times where I just felt lost. Also a lot longer than it needed to be.

I was really into this book even though the romance is pretty much instalove. But I also fell in love Kiara and Jude quickly because they were interesting characters who fall into the usual archetypes. However, there were some notable differences that kept me on my toes and I liked the worldbuilding as well. My one complaint is that it did start to lose some steam toward the end because of infodumping, but I liked how it ended!
