I don't have a lot to say for this one. It feels like the author spent a lot more time than usual on set up, but also like there's more of an effort here to take a lot of the world building details and plot threads that felt pretty randomly concocted in previous arcs in order to have something come of it all in this one, so I'm willing to see how it goes. I'm far enough into this series that even if I don't get the point of every scene I read, I trust the author enough to believe it will all pay off in the end. I'm going to rate it under a 4 because it still felt like too much set up and too little movement, but the ending was pretty exciting.
