3.75, really. It took me a while to get used to the writing style of jumping from different sisters, flashbacks, etc. Good for people who enjoy realistic drama and life happenings like the show This Is Us.

This novel begins with three sisters fighting in a restaurant, and then goes backwards to the events of the past year that led them up to that night. As usual Moriarty balances light-hearted moments and humour with some seriously heavy themes (infertility, domestic abuse), but ends on a reasonably uplifting note.
