I loved the mystery of February throughout this book and I am so happy the ending is the ending it is. Frances is such a relatable character and the way Aled (and his family's) story is revealed is really well timed.
The char cter development throughout the story is the hero of this book and I have a distinct feeling of pride for most the main characters for making the decisions they make towards the end of the book
You could certainly see things as they were coming but instead of making the story feel flat they made it feel tense and a real page turner.
I am now extremely attached to all the characters (apart from one boo you know who you are) and want to see them again.

Radio Silence was such an amazing read. I seriously love this book so much. The way Alice Oseman can write platonic love gets me every time, the friendship between Frances and Aled was so wholesome and meaningful.
The plot to this was a bit darker than I was expecting but it was addicting to read. I will say though the timeline near Alex’s birthday got a bit confusing to me.
The characters all had their own problems and no matter how “perfect” people thought they were it wasn’t as it seemed. The loneliness, the stress of trying to figure out their future despite top grades Frances and Aled weren’t as perfect as they appeared. This book was funny, depressing, wholesome, and, lonely somehow all at the same time. And it was absolutely lovely.
I’d also like to say how iconic Frances’ mom was, absolutely loved her and her unicorn onesie.

I loved this book!!! The characters were so lovable to be, I got so attached to Aled and Frances’s friendship and I ordered watching their story unfold. This book talks about mental health in a careful and validating way. Alice Oseman did such a phenomenal job🫶

From page 100 and on I couldn’t stop reading, this book is so good. It made me cry so much tho, got me right in the feels.
Loved that it was written in the tumblr era, as I was a tumblr/youtube/fandom girly I enjoyed a lot that setting.

Ja, dat is waar dit boek over gaat. Het kwam nogal binnen. Dat je sommige dingen als heel vanzelfsprekend ziet, daar je hele leven aan wijdt en dat vervolgens blijkt dat je dat misschien helemaal niet wilt?
Ik vond dit een supermooi boek en begin een milde Alice Oseman-verslaving op te lopen denk ik. De manier waarop ze het denken en doen van jonge mensen weergeeft voelt daadwerkelijk als iets waar ik mezelf in kan herkennen, i.p.v. veel boeken (en vooral series) die ik vroeger veel keek. Het is super oprecht, en wel zo oprecht dat ook moeilijke dingen langs komen in het boek. Denk aan depressie en z*lfmoord, veroorzaakt door pestgedrag. Dat maakt het boek echt, zeg ik zonder dat ik het wil romantiseren. Het zijn serieuze thema’s, en door dit soort boeken heb ik het gevoel alsof ik meer begrip heb voor mensen die hiermee dealen, en ik misschien zelf ook eerder zou zien als ik er last van heb.
Kortom: weer een heel mooi boek van Alice Oseman, vol met queerness!!🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️🏳️⚧️

Son personajes que te pueden llegar a frustrar, pero entiendes sus motivos, sus miedos, aspiraciones y cómo la vida adulta los confunde tanto. Ver como evolucionan y salen de sus moldes es hermoso. El final es el mejor que se le pudo haber dado.
