I enjoyed this. Very realistic views of what could happen in our near future. Great story of the past too and loved how it ended.

An exciting and intriguing start, set in the future with a glimpse of what life might be like as the planet heats up, then diving into the past with some time travel thrown in, reminded me a bit of the secret world of polly flint. Unfortunately it petered out a bit in the middle and got a bit far fetched. It wasn’t the story I was expecting, which was disappointing, but, the story it did reveal was interesting enough to keep reading. Overall I liked the story, it just seemed a little disjointed and unbelievable at times.
