Great banter. The spice is excellent. The female friendship is funny and beautiful. Sadly very predictable and some passages felt long. Still 3,75.

It just seemed pretty unbelievable all around. A beautiful young middle school teacher lives alone in Lake Tahoe. On a TEACHER'S salary. The #2 of a mafia crew instantly falls in love with her. She was pining over her missing fiance and couldn't even imagine sleeping with someone else, but in the span of a few hours falls for and becomes kinky with the mafioso. The dialogue is so cringe, both people have zero personality. I literally have never DNF'd a book before, but I could not imagine spending 5 more hours listening to this audiobook. The story was just unengaging and unbelievable. The MMC is so cliche along with his dirty talk.

Classic Mafia romance-I didn't realize what this book was when I rented it, It was recommended lol. Its a SPICY Erotica Mafia book. Its probably one of my favorite Mafia books. but its not a thinker. Its mainly just "dark" fluff. Still good especially if you're in the mood for it.

Natalie is a badass, and I can’t wait to read more about Sloane that girl already has a chokehold on me

My man Kage has a dirty mouth (I’m jealous tbh)

I’m not a fan of insta love but in this book worked really well you can feel the chemistry between the characters, the mystery part really helped to keep things interesting
