Is it possible for a book to be half Hallmark, half dark romance? Because, it’s this! Some parts were so cute and cheesy and some were so spicy, I had to drink cold water. But no matter what, “baby” always gave me the ick. I still loved everything else though!

Why did this feel like J.T. Geissinger has a rough plot ready and used it for both this book AND pen pal, but went kinda (a lot) differently along the way?
Either way I loved it, there was actual plot and chemistry was chef's kiss.
