Again another book for black boys and girls about their hair. The way it can be manipulated, styled, and generally appreciated. A cute book. Again another good Adult Child book.

This is a great counter to "Nappy Hair." It encourages love and appreciation for the amazing things that one can love about their hair.

Lovely narrative and beautiful illustrations. Would be a great book to use in a self portrait project or lesson on self esteem
