Handy guide, very similar to the "Eat this, not that" series, but coordinating with the "Belly Fat Cure" diet. Putting on my "to-purchase" list, as getting it out from the library was helpful, but it would be handier to keep in my car. I may make a list of what to eat at each restaurant and just use that.
