The writing and characters were enjoyable, but I hated that Xan got away with being a misogynistic hypocrite towards Breezy for YEARS without once considering to apologize to her for the things he'd said and the way he'd treated her. As soon as he said he wanted her for more than a one night stand, it was like everything he had said and done was not only forgiven, but forgotten, too. It didn't sit right with me.
I am really excited to read the next book in the series, though. The author did a wonderful job with building up the coming story.

I'm on tenterhooks with this series. Each book leaves you wanting more!!! Lyric's Accidental Mate set the tone for the series and the momentum is not in decline.
Xan is Alpha to the core, hiding his feelings for Breezy and trying to help run the club. Breezy is trying to ignore Xans essentially man?>@:P tendencies and try and get a life of her own. But being a virgin is starting to get her down and she is ready to lose that V card!!!
Secrets, abusive mothers, uncontrollable lust,walking sexiness on a stick (or a bike) all make a fantastic story. With fantastic little glimpses at possible future couples like Kellen and Laikyn and Shaw and Cheyenne, you just know you're in for the ride of a lifetime with these sexy alphas! Brilliantly devious bad guys, action, adventure and passion. I cannot wait for more!!

Book was ok. The story was ok but seemed more of an excuse for a break between sex scenes. Also it was pretty poorly plotted given that they were flat out told three times who the villain was yet still couldn't figure out who the villain was! Very anti-climatic ending to the crisis. I wanted to like these characters but they are very two dimensional...not a lot of character development here. Really poor editing as well. Overall just not a really well written work.

This an enjoyable read. Plenty of action and erotica scenes. Had multiple POV'S which I like. Wish there had been a little more interaction between characters.
