These two certainly gave each other a run for their money!
And the twist … my goodness what a diabolical family. My heart breaks for Hunter even if he needed a serious kick up the bum for his over the top shenanigans.
I really don’t know that I would call it a happily ever after…. More like a toxic family love I’ll take what I can get kinda situation happening here. These two certainly can see the silver lining and make their own happiness.

If i could reread this book as if it was the 1st time I would love it. It was absolutely amazing and I love Hunter and Sailor's story.

I'm very entertained by this author and I'm glad I come back to read these books. Fast pace and it keeps me hooked all the time, even if I don't connect much with the characters.

Well it didn't have chisel getting shoved in girl, plot to be pedophilia, getting off by your best friend and blowie being used 100 times so it was improvement over Angry God.

Hunter was like Dean 2.0 but what I liked was Sailor and that they didn't get together fast, also girl gang.

Hmm...I really liked L.J. Shen's other book "The Kiss Thief", but even I could see the problematic plot with that one. "The Hunter" was pretty non-relatable to me, partially because both of the characters were kind of really sleazy, and also because the whole "living together" scenario seems washed over and not very innovative. I mean, I do see it as a fun little romance, except I really didn't have that much fun. I'll still read her other books, but this one was a bit too much for my taste!
