Quick read and straight to the point. It allows you to still maintain who you are and integrate that into an effective management style. Also, at under 200 pages, it is an effective use of your busy schedule too.

Fantastic foundation of must-have information for any leader. Personally, I recommend the podcast (Manager Tools) instead of the book, but that's just me.
