My plan was to make my way through this omnibus in 2023 and post about it when I finished all four books but I've given up on both Passenger To Frankfurt and Postern Of Fate.

Endless Night was the best of the collection and if I hadn't accidentally spoilt the ending for myself I wouldn't have seen it coming. It's genuinely gripping and was definitely worth the read.

By The Pricking Of My Thumbs was entertaining but definitely a bit ridiculous. I really like Tommy and Tuppence as characters but their stories are never the strongest. It was barely mystery and definitely not a thriller. It was very dialogue heavy and had quite a meandering plot which relied on quite a few coincidences.

I wanted to read all of Christie's books but both Passenger To Frankfurt and Postern Of Fate were a real struggle to get into and even after 100 pages I felt I didn't have a grip on what was happening. I decided it wasn't worth persevering, especially as they're widely regarded as some of her worst books.
