A taut thriller with unabashedly gory descriptions.
Not for someone who can't handle gore.

Gripping story line

Maya Bhargrava, a schoolteacher with a tragic past. With a bright career and a dull past, life tries to cheer her up in the most surprising way when love knocks at her door again in the form of Bhaskar Sadachari. Nightmares start to unfold when she choose him as her new husband. Read this thrilling book to feel the chill down your spine.

This book was totally Gruesome and if you like reading thriller, this book is certainly for you. The story was really interesting and the narration was just flawless. The flow of the story was amazing. The minute detailing made the story preserve its essence and keep the readers on the edge. Overall, this book was an interesting read

While reading I felt like it was a plot for lanky 11pm ghost shows on hindi channels . While it did have a level of gore , it was nothing particularly stomach curdling .
**Spoilers** All the elements of typical tv soap present with voraciously ugly ,of course the villain , villain ; deriving scares from already feared element of society (aghoris); dumb people in horror scenes going exactly where they shouldn't despite the warnings; over the top climax with female lead going in goddess phase and killing villain (I could hear the ringing of bells as in temples in back of my mind)
Still 2 stars as the writing style of author is interesting and one can't DNF

Puntuacion: 4.5/5

Such a masterpiece crafted with lust and hatred but beautifully decorated with the used language! I picked it randomly in my kindle and just could not put it down.
