This book is a meme among the Smash Community. I think it offers pretty good surface lessons as you approach competition, self improvement and focus. It’s hard to think of applicable ways to do some of the exercises presented in non-tennis contexts though. It also gets a bit repetitive.
Also i got jumpscared by a thank you to HENRY KISSINGER in the anniversary version.

A great explanation between the inner self and outer self, and how to allow the inner self to learn intuitively and naturally instead of the forced attitudes of the outer self.
This book gives you loads to think about. There is. A lot. Of tennis stuff in here. Which, sure, it's there in the title. But just probably more than there needed to be. Don't even need to replace it with anything, could probably just take it out and it would be more effective to a general audience.
