There is so much to love in here but overall I did not enjoy the experience this book offers. The moments of humor and interest are greatly overshadowed by long sequences that feel like a slog to get through, and I didn't personally enjoy the tone/voice that is the narrator uses through the story. It's a must-read for fans of fantasy but I will not be picking this one back up again.
