A wordless picture book. A grandmother and her grandchild need to rent the small apartment over their shop, but they struggle finding the right tenants. Eventually a newly-married couple come with a vision of how the apartment can be. The entire building is transformed as they all become friendly and true neighbors with each other.

A powerful story of friendship and community - and the determination of a young child to make both - and a family.

This unexpectedly magical wordless picture book will require more than one read-through once you realize just how wonderful the story truly is at the very end. Don’t miss this one.

Very sweet. Kids may not understand why the grandma didn't want to rent to the couple- because honestly, I didn't realize why :D Great for having conversations and showing the possibilities with new perspective.

Don't go too quickly through this wordless picture book. So many lessons on kindness and acceptance found within the frames.

The beautiful art said it all. And it was a lovely story of kindness and community.
