I'm giving this book four stars as a Harry Potter fan. Obviously, if you've never read the books, or especially if you've never watched the movies, then this book isn't for you.
It's very well put together. Every page has a first-hand account from somebody on the production team, or an actor, or both. The book takes an inside look at each movie, each character, and various memorable sets and costumes. It's a wealth of insider information, and beautifully presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip into the making of the Harry Potter films via this book. :)

This was such a treat to read. Definitely a must read for Harry Potter fans but moreso if you have watched the movies. It would have been even better if I rewatched the movies while reading each section to get more context. Loved the design of the book and the extras.
There was a Hogwarts Acceptance letter, Marauders Map, Quidditch World Cup Program, Borgin and Burkes catalogue, Wesleys Wizard Wheezes store catalogue, Potion label stickers, put out and fold paper renditions of Hogsmede, Ministry of Magic warning poster and more. The fan in me went nuts!
I smiled as I read through familiar scenes and can't imagine how many years it took to make the movies. They were definitely well made and make me giddy watching thrm again especially the first few. Looking back the movies kept very close to the source material and that was great.
I liked reading about the concept, costumes, behind the scenes and actor/actresses thoughts. I did not know just how much work went into small details I had not noticed while watching the movies.
A great gift for a Harry Potter fan. Now I am gonna rewatch the movies and reread the books!

I visually beautiful book filled with behind-the-scenes details from a variety of sources about the making of the Harry Potter movies. You'd be surprised about the details of the sets, costumes, and props that only ever just get glimpsed in the films, but still makes them so alive.

I loved this book so much, any true Potter fan would. Also it comes with items which can be taken out of the book which is really interesting.
all those interesting facts and all the little extras. It reminds me of how much I miss the movies. I might just go on a Harry Potter marathon soon.

This is a very fun read ... it takes you on this long journey of all HP movies with detailed pictures from the set, behind the scenes and the crews' imagination ... I enjoyed discovering the magic behind the creation of all the movies and what the casts has to say about certain parts ... plus it comes with some movie props so what not to like! ♡
