10/10 could not recommend more. I loved Well do Ascension so much and I didn’t think it could be topped, but boy did Sanderson delivery. TenSoon and the Kandra are amazing in this book. Sanderson brings a magic element that has been here from the beginning but feels totally surprising.

Each book of this trilogy manages to both stand on its own, as well as tell one complete story. Every character arc ending is perfect. Characters I disliked are totally redeem by the end. The action is unbelievably written and so cinematic.

If you have a friend that does not like fantasy this is the series to give them to get them hooked. I could discuss this trilogy and this ending forever.
