I've always been intrigued by stories dealing with past lives and prophesies so I thought I'd give this a shot and I'm glad I did. This was a very good read, intense in the right places and you definietly felt for the MC Whiskey as she struggled to deal with a world she was thrust into. I also liked how Redhawk didn't make the Sanguire into the cliche vampires that can sometimes happen. She gave them depth and an entire history that was engrossing. She also gave them a new language that was fun to learn. Absolutely loved this book.
