there wasn't enough angst for me, when it was there it was short lived. the idea of writing in three tenses was a bit ambitious, especially when all three are in basically every chapter.

I am good with Arthurian retelling, but this was too much. Everyone was a teenager, relationships to each other were way weird (like the incest bruh), and anything with "the fay (or fae)" is an automatic turn off for me. This just wasn't it for me.
