Ok these books are I think objectively not good?? Not trying to be a snob but the writing, the inconsistencies, I even seen some grammar mistakes which I have never before. The plots are outlandish and the MMCs are unbelievable the FMCS frankly boring and the stakes are unnecessarily high and don’t make sense. Not to mention these are like the same book four times. Morally gray MMC (maybe a billionaire) who CANT date FMC for whatever reason but omg they are obsessed (to a concerning degree) and can’t help it and have to f them senseless (seriously can’t any of them enjoy like… gentle… they always pounding them to a new galaxy or something).

BUT I read them. And quickly. They are addicting!!! I don’t know why!!! Very easy to read if you get past being frustrated by the inconsistencies and just total lunacy that is the plot. Somehow I was able to.

Do I think this book is good? No.
Do I like it? I don’t think so.
Did I enjoy myself??? I don’t even know if that is a yes!!
Am I just really into smut? Absolutely not.
WHY DID I READ THESE brb I gotta talk to my therapist about this

It’s my favourite book in the series and in my opinion the perfect ending of the whole series and every characters story.♥️

I loved this so much. I was initially intimidated going into it because I heard that others find it slow or boring but for me it was the perfect pace for the characters. I loved Christian harper!!!!! when i tell you that man is OBSESSED with his girl, very much a swoon-worthy read.

This book can be read as a standalone. There is a very short crossover scene with Dante Russo from King of Wrath. Christian Harper is the CEO of a security company. He has been interested in his neighbor, Stella Alonso, since he met her. Stella has a blog and works as an influencer. She dreams of starting her own fashion line. Christian agrees to fake date her so that she can get to 1 million followers. Stella's stalker returns and Christian convinces Stella to move in with him until they find the stalker. The premise of the book was fine, but it started to get a bit too soap operaish for me. This would be a fun, mindless romance beach read though.

This book counts as my "Art Gallery" square of the Ripped Bodice 2024 Summer Bingo.

Review

I like how the author has created a world of fictional characters. Ana Huang is my go to author. I mean I can't miss a book released by her. & this book/series is worth the hype.
talking about TL i liked the small details, it was at times comedy, the scenes of bonding of a character with others was so joyful to watch. The book had me kicking my feet in the air & it filled my stomach with butterflies *iukuk*. Though the book was an art of fine line it took me a lot to digest the last parts of the book. I liked the plot but it could have been better if one character would have stopped sulking and would have given a thought for another, ofc it's not the fault of them but still I would have loved it if the last 60 - 70 pages would have more good narration.
But anyways I still liked it and I would surely recommend it if someone asks for a stalker / millionaire romance.

Firrst off I am biased because I don't love Ana Huang's writing, but they always seem to hook me just like Twisted Lies. This book is chessy and unrealistic. There were many parts of the plot that didn't add up to me and those unrealistoc parts dampned the book for me.

Out of the whole series I would say this book is 3rd and the 1st book is last. To be fair even in the book Ana Huang states that it is cheesy so I don't really fault her. I just didn't particularly get entranced by this book because of that, but her writing intruged me enough to rread thhe whole series so.
