Alex. Is. Awesome. I've probably said it before, but I'll say it again. And probably again. And probably again. (What can I say? He's great!) I am sooooo going to keep reading this series. Absolutely. Definitely. Undoubtedly.

I especially loved the villain in this book. Er, I mean, I hated him. But I loved how he was done. Although I did hate him, I also pitied him. His evident pain - his deep emotions - added a wonderful layer of realism to him.

On another note, the "vacation" setting really fits with this time of year. So that was nice. :D

I just really, really enjoyed this. O_O

A highly entertaining Young Adult spy thriller with several interesting twists and turns. For young readers who are too old to read children books, but too young to read more action-loaded novels, this series is the perfect choice.

I have especially positive memories about the well-developed antagonist in this story. A lot of political stuff was included without ever sounding boring or overloaded to the ten-year-old me who read (and reread) this book a long time ago.

Loving this series so far. This installment was non stop action. And also the first one where I did not have some preconceived images do to the tv show or movie. Just a fun romp. Could have had a little more humour - but hey that is just me.

I LOVE Alex Rider books. They always get me so excited and every new one I read makes me so happy. I didn’t even want to read the last pages of this one because I didn’t want to have to put it down. So good.
