Me ha resultado un libro muy fácil de leer donde expone su modelo de las 5 disfunciones con claridad y de una forma muy didáctica.

Si bien es fácil de leer (además de entretenido) y el modelo está claro, creo que peca de superficial, no se profundiza mucho en cada disfunción y apenas da unos consejos para soliviantar cada una de ellas.

Lo recomiendo como complemento a otros libros de dirección de equipos, para usarlo como referencia sobre alertas que hay que tener en cuenta para tener equipos que trabajen correctamente.

Required reading for our leadership team at work. I could have done without the cliffhanger at the end of every chapter, which was inevitably answered on the very next page, but I was pleasantly surprised at how applicable this book's insights were to our nonprofit staff.

Rooted in capitalism but helpful in identifying corporate dysfunction with practical solutions. Sanitized story in the vein of Brene Brown. The majority of the book is a well narrated case study so it is an easy read. The audiobook was a pleasant listen.
