This is a very brief chapbook with only 3 poems. The first is a very long (mostly) science poem about, well, Betelgeuse dimming. The other 2 are science Fiction. I enjoyed it quite a lot. Garnier also did a recording with improvised musical accompaniment of this chapbook. I haven’t had a chance to listen to it, but I will.

The 3rd poem, Last Contact, was nominated for the 2021 Rhysling Award and I found it a worthy contender. This book was nominated for the 2021 Elgin Award.
