aw look at nishiki he leveled up like ten maturity points

i like how half the plots on this manga rely on awful babies growing up

also kotaro and himemiko are way cute so i'm glad to see that wrapped up happily

I really enjoyed this! I always thought that the show ended rather abruptly with Yukiji never being a big part of the storyline. Maybe they intended another season. Anyway, here, Tomoe is starting to remember Yukiji. There's also a lot of character development in this one, especially for Nishiki. And, of course, all of the drama that unfolds when the fake Nanami declares her love for Tomoe. Fantastic!

It took me literally half a year to read this..... why? I still love this series and maybe I'll actually get back to it soon even though I now have much fear about it

This volume continues the arc with Kotaro and Himemiko, and of course, Kotaro is able to move past the strangeness of what Himemiko is and love her even more. It was a cute arc, but I’m glad that it is over and that we seem to be moving onto more Nanami and Tomoe content. Specifically, the ending was really exciting in Tomoe seemed to start remember his old human love that he has forgotten about. One of the moments I really enjoyed was when Tomoe knew straight away that someone had taken over Nanami’s body and that it wasn’t actually her. I knew that he knew, though.
