This is a frenetic, immature romance between two unmedicated mentally ill people. They are also emotionally exhausting, selfish, and pretentious. The writing is good enough that it had the ring of truth, especially Regan's uncomfortably manic sexuality and her attempts to manipulate her therapist.  I think the unnecessarily introduced and then for some reason unceremoniously dropped until the very end shifting narration was bad writing or editing, depending on who you hold responsible for it.  Overall I think it's a good book but I did not enjoy it.

This was recommended so much that I probably expected something else? More? However... this was not it for me. Won't go into details as there are much better reviews on here about all the problems with the book. I can only sigh and hope that my next read will be a better one.

I was so excited to read this book! The title is so poetic and people were hyping it up but it was a great disappointment. What did the author want? I could have loved this book and enjoyed reading it if the author used a different language. I didn’t like the ending either. I expected something more I was left feeling confused and frustrated by the end of this book.
